A Renewables 'own goal' by the Government?

The judicial review proceedings brought by the onshore wind developer, Banks Renewables, against the Government highlights that UK energy policy needs to achieve decarbonisation at the lowest possible cost to consumers rather than by Government picking technology winners. Will this mean more delays and uncertainty for the upcoming CfD auction?
